Gisell Carretero 

Lilia Venier is a ceramic artist that makes all her ceramic pieces by hand. She mainly focuses on color and detail. All of her art pieces have nature incorporated into them. She uses vibrant colors to emphasize her pieces more. I was inspired by Lilia because she used very vibrant colors and all her pieces caught your eye. Most previous pieces don't have very vibrant colors I try to keep it very neutral. I wanted to base my teapot off of Lilias pieces but also keep it my style. I created a cactus teapot and kept the body part very simple. The top lip part was all inspired by her nature elements and vibrant colors she consistently uses.
